a) Education, degrees and diplomas.
► 1995, graduate of the secondary school in Câmpulung Moldovenesc (Suceava County, Romania).
► 1999-2002, undergraduate study in History and Archaeology at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University Iaşi (Romania), with the thesis „Praeparatio evangelica” in Roman Province Dacia, 2nd – 3th centuries: the symbols communion, supervisor Professor PhD Nelu Zugravu.
► 2011, PhD in History at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University Iaşi (Romania), with the thesis The Agricultural tools in Medieval Moldova. Supervisor: Professor PhD Victor Spinei, corresponding member of the Romanian Academy.

 

b) Professional experience, former employers.
- 2001- employed in DAAD scholarship in Germany (Konstanz, München, Köln, Berlin, Bonn);
- 2002, Assistant-researcher at the Institute of Archaeology, Romanian Academy, Iasi Branch (actually Research Scientist);
- 2003-2011 - employed as a member in many research projects (CERES, CNCSIS, CNCS, GAR);
- 2002-2010 involved in various academic exchanges (Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Rep. Moldova, Denmark, Sweden, Germany);
- 1999-2011 – engaged in archaeological excavations in Suceava, Siret, Neamt County, Iasi, Isaccea-Noviodunum, in Dobrudja;
